An owner’s representative is hired by a homeowner as the liaison between the homeowner and the builder to ensure their design objectives are met.

This might be right for you if you lack the time and experience to fully oversee your project from beginning to end. As an Owner's Rep we interface with architects, engineers, and contractors. We develop, direct and finalize all details from floor plans to wall colors. We stay in constant contact with owners and report on progress. This ensures the final product is in line with the owner's vision.
If so desired, we can provide turnkey design, choosing everything from cutlery to perfectly coordinated bath towels.
