Owner's Rep
An owner’s representative is hired by a project owner to represent him or her throughout the entire process of a development, including site selection, design and construction. The owner’s representative serves as a liaison and ensures that the owner’s best interests are carried out.
Before
This might be right for you if you lack the time and experience to fully oversee your project from beginning to end. As an Owner's Rep we interface with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. We develop, direct and finalize all details from floor plans to wall colors. We stay in constant contact with owners and report on project issues and progress. This ensures the final product is in line with the owner's vision.
If so desired, we can provide turnkey design, choosing everything from cutlery to perfectly coordinated kitchenware.
This role typically garners a flat fee based on project scale and an hourly rate if design services are desired.
