This might be right for you if you have a project you can't seem to move forward on.  In this role, functionality is our specialty. Typically clients know what they want, but don't quite know how to get it there. We can help conceptualize your vision, walking through your desires and how your space needs to function for you and/or your family.  Construction and renovation is our specialty. If your project requires construction and/or renovations we are your people. In our initial consultation we will walk through your space, we will listen to how you want it to function and will come up with a game plan to get the result you want.

If so desired, we can provide turnkey design, choosing everything from flooring to draperies.

This role typically garners an hourly rate.
